Solutions
Custom Engineering Solutions
Ground-up engineering for production problems that standard products cannot solve
Approach
If the problem is unique, the solution must be unique too
Every production process is different. If your material, process, or product geometry is unique, a standard solution will most likely either fail to fit fully or create inefficiency. A real solution comes from a team that understands the problem, can integrate engineering disciplines, and knows the shop floor.
LEMAC starts by understanding exactly what is needed; then it builds the solution from scratch across mechanical, electronic, and software dimensions. It follows a custom-design approach rather than adapting a standard product.
Engineering Disciplines
Which areas do we solve for?
Mechanical Design and Manufacturing
Mechanical design from scratch according to product or process requirements. 3D modeling, simulation, tolerance analysis, and manufacturing coordination.
Electronic Circuit Design
Custom control boards, sensor interface circuits, power electronics, and PCB design. From schematic to prototype, and from prototype to production board.
Embedded System and Firmware
Custom control units based on microcontrollers (STM32, ESP32, Arduino). Real-time operating systems (RTOS), communication protocols, and firmware development.
Software and Interface Development
Desktop, web, or mobile user interface. Integrated data collection, monitoring, and reporting applications tied to machine software.
Motion and Position Control
Servo, stepper motor, linear actuator, and robot arm integrations. Multi-axis coordinated motion, precise positioning, and path planning.
Artificial Intelligence and Machine Vision
Camera-based defect detection, object recognition, dimension measurement, and quality control. Integration into the production line with deep-learning models.
Test and Validation Systems
Automated test rigs that perform functional testing of products or components. Measurement, limit detection, reject/accept decisions, and test reports.
System Integration
Integration and system validation so independently developed subsystems work together as a whole.
Share your problem, and let our engineering team determine the best approach for you.

Problem Discovery and Briefing
Technical requirements, production conditions, performance expectations, and constraints are defined in detail. If the real problem differs from the requested solution, it becomes apparent at this stage.
Concept and Architectural Design
Multiple solution approaches are evaluated, and technical feasibility as well as cost-impact analysis is performed. The approved concept is turned into an engineering plan.
Multidisciplinary Development
Mechanical CAD, electronic schematics, firmware, and software are developed in parallel. Customer approval is obtained at interim milestones.
Prototype and Validation
A working prototype is produced; function, safety, and performance tests are performed. Design revisions are completed at this stage.
Production Readiness
Technical documentation is completed and production processes are defined. If requested, either mass production or single-prototype delivery format is determined.
Installation and Commissioning
The system is installed on site, integration tests are performed, and the project is delivered with user training and maintenance documentation.
Why LEMAC?
Engineering culture and shop-floor experience
LEMAC combines theoretical engineering knowledge with shop-floor reality. Its engineering culture dating back to the 1960s and machine manufacturing experience since the 1990s help ensure the right technical decisions are made in every project.
- Engineering culture and technical know-how dating back to the 1960s
- Mechanical, electronic, and software expertise under one roof from the same team
- Turnkey project management from prototype to production readiness
- Deep manufacturing knowledge - designs actually work on the shop floor
- Experience in machine vision, artificial intelligence, and CNC integration
- An iterative development model together with the customer
