Production Tracking Systems
Track and report machine, operator, and process data in real time
Approach
You Cannot Manage What You Cannot See
Decisions made without collecting production data are often intuitive and late. Critical indicators such as machine downtime, scrap rates, recipe deviations, and operator performance become visible only through systematic data collection.
LEMAC’s production tracking systems combine all data sources in a single platform, from machine I/O signals and PLC data to barcode reading and manual input. With real-time OEE, recipe compliance, and production target tracking, the shop floor becomes fully visible.
System Modules
Which Modules Do We Offer?
Machine Status Monitoring
Machines are monitored in real time for running / stopped / fault / setup states. Downtime reason classification, downtime statistics, and instant notifications.
OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
Kullanılabilirlik, Performans ve Kalite bileşenleriyle OEE hesaplama. Kayıp analizi ve kronik duruş tespiti için Pareto raporları.
Recipe and Parameter Management
Centralized product recipe management; automatic transfer to the machine, deviation detection, version history, and approval workflows.
Production Counter and Target Tracking
Real-time production counts, shift targets, daily / weekly / monthly production reports. Shift-based performance comparison.
Operator Task Management
Assign work orders to operators, track task completion, enter downtime reasons, and report individual performance.
Quality and Scrap Tracking
Defect-type scrap recording, quality control results, product-based rejected quantity, and scrap cost reports.
Maintenance Management (CMMS)
Periodic maintenance calendars, fault logging, spare parts inventory, and maintenance cost reporting. Machine-based maintenance history.
Reporting and Dashboard
Role-based screens for managers, production supervisors, and operators. Excel export, automatic email reports, and graphical dashboards.
Let us make your production line digitally visible.
Entegrasyon
Where Does the Data Come From?
LEMAC tracking systems communicate with all data sources on the shop floor. Machine-generated automatic data and operator entries are unified in a single system.
Project Process
How Is It Commissioned?
Site and Data Analysis
Existing machines, the KPIs you want to measure, and data sources are analyzed. The scope and prioritization of the system are determined.
System Design
Software architecture, database structure, user permissions, and screen designs are prepared. Integration points with ERP or other systems are identified.
Hardware Installation
The necessary field hardware (network infrastructure, tablet, barcode reader, PLC connection) is installed and tested.
Software Installation and Testing
The software is installed, data flows are verified, and reports and alarms are tested. Validation is performed on a pilot machine or line.
Go-Live and Support
The system is rolled out across the line, users are trained, and intensive on-site support is provided in the first weeks. Reports are customized to customer needs.
Why LEMAC?
A Software Team That Knows the Shop Floor
LEMAC production tracking systems are born from real production floors, not abstract software projects. Our machine control and automation experience helps us understand how complex software on the shop floor really is.
- Integrated solution with machine control and automation infrastructure
- Localized interface, UX designed for shop floor conditions
- PLC, OPC-UA, Modbus, MQTT protocol support
- Web-based access — no additional software installation required
- Flexible modular structure — expandable as needed
- Local server or cloud deployment option
